New India Travel Co-operative Limited (NITC LTD) is has been registered as a Multi-State Co-operative society under section 7 of the Multi State Co-operative society Act,2002(39 of 2002) with the registered office in Thalassery, Kerala and the Corporate Office functioning in Thrisur, Kerala. The registration number of the society is MSCS/CR/212/2005. The area of society will be confined to the state Pondicherry and Kerala.

NITC is executing the assignments through its associates and member of cooperative society in such a manner that they grow to succeed in the competition, promoting them also to scale up in order to sustain market fluctuations. It helps them to plan their strategies to achieve maximum return on investment and assures overall benefit to society.

NITC is actively engaged in supporting the national government. in the sustained and overall growth of tourism and transport industries in India.
